Waited 6–7 weeks for my all-leather bags and paid $1,538 after tax/shipping. Upon arrival, the right bag had a tear on the bottom, untrimmed stitching on both bags, and a leather lid that wasn’t fully stitched. By two months, the plastic/foam laminate on the right bag warped and lost its shape.
After contacting Brad Campbell (Shop Manager), I was told I could pay return shipping, send back the right bag, wait another four weeks for a replacement, or accept a $100 refund. I had reported the issues the day I received the bags, yet was initially told the tear was chalk from manufacturing and that I could trim the excess fabric myself.
Brad later said I had received “B-stock,” their subpar/damaged leather stock. I was never informed of this beforehand. Had I known, I would have canceled or chosen nylon. I accepted the $100 refund to avoid further hassle. For $1,538, customers should receive quality products or be told upfront when receiving B-stock. Check the bags carefully before install.
